How Does Weekly Cashback Work
Weekly cashback is calculated on your total net losses for the week — that is, your total losses minus your total winnings, with the applicable rate applied to what remains. If you end the week in profit, no cashback applies for that week, since net losses are zero.
Every Monday, the previous week's figures are finalised and cashback is automatically credited to your account. No separate claim is needed.
Example: If a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. This is the maximum applicable rate for that tier.
